Treatment of customer complaints

In case of complaint relating to the service provided, any customer of Mondial Change can send a letter to the address of Mondial Change - Service réclamations - 11 bis rue de Cotte, 75012 Paris. Mondial Change undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 10 days, and then to respond within 2 months of receipt. If, due to particular circumstances, these deadlines cannot be respected, the customer will be informed.

Mondial Change does not hold any direct or indirect participation equal to or greater than 10% of the voting rights or capital of an investment firm, credit institution, finance company, payment institution or electronic money institution.

Conversely, none of these entities has a direct or indirect holding equal to or greater than 10% of the voting rights of Mondial Change. The exchange and payment services offered by Mondial Change are provided by different partners, electronic money institutions and investment companies, depending on the service offer subscribed.
